To make an appointment with a contact, from their contact record, click “Actions” and "Add Appointment".  You can then set a date and a time to meet with a contact.


After making an appointment, it will show up in two places in Total Expert. Firstly, within the contact's record. Secondly, under the "Reporting" menu option on the navigation bar, you can click on “Appointments.” 

This shows a list of all upcoming and completed appointments. Use the “Filter” button on the top to change which appointments you want to view. You can filter by date, the user the contact is meeting with, if they are a buyer or a seller, and the appointment status.  Note: If an appointment you scheduled is not showing in this menu, try adjusting the date filter.
