To change the password to access Total Expert, please follow these steps:

If you are unable to log in to your account

1. Go to

2. Click the Forgot Password button

3. Enter the email address for your account and click Reset Password

4. A new password will then be sent to your email address. Please make sure to check your SPAM or junk folder

5. Log in with your email address and temporary password.  Then follow the steps below to change your password once you are logged in.

If you are currently logged in to your account

1. Go to your Account Settings menu by clicking your name in the top-right corner and select Account Settings

2. Enter your current password into the Update Password area and click "Verify" (if you reset your password on the login page and had a temporary password sent to you, you will enter your temporary password here).

3. Then, enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save Changes in the top-left corner.
