To access your notification settings, click your name in the top-right of Total Expert and go to "Account Settings".






Receive Text Message Lead Notifications? - When set to "yes", you will receive a text message when you receive a new contact through Single Property Sites, Lead Capture Apps, Zillow, or other lead parsing services (see the Forwarding Leads to Total Expert article, the Zillow Mortgage Integration [Lender], or the Zillow Tech Connect Integration articles for more information).  Note: if a contact registers through one of these services, but they already exist in your database, the contact record will be updated but you will not receive a text or email notification, since they are not a new contact.


Receive Daily Email Digest - When set to "yes", you will receive a daily email from Total Expert that shows you details of your contacts for the day.  This will include emails scheduled to send from your account, appointments, tasks, a reminder to reach out to new contacts, contact birthdays, and contact loan anniversaries.  Each of these categories will show 6 total events and will have a "view more" button at the bottom of their respective sections if there are more than 6 events to display.  See screenshots below.


Receive Co-Marketed New Listing Alerts? - When set to "yes", you will receive an email when a co-marketing partner has a new listing.  Note: This is dependent on agent partners to have the correct MLS ID# and MLS network selected in their MLS/IDX settings menu (see the "MLS/IDX" section within the Account Management article).  If you are a lender and you are not receiving New Listing or Pending Listing alerts from an agent, please reach out to them and ensure they are using the correct information in their MLS/IDX settings menu.


Receive Co-Marketed Pending Listing Alerts? - When set to "yes", you will receive an email when a co-marketing partner has a listing move to a pending status.  Note: This is dependent on agent partners to have the correct MLS ID# and MLS network selected in their MLS/IDX settings menu (see the "MLS/IDX" section within the Account Management article).  If you are a lender and you are not receiving New Listing or Pending Listing alerts from an agent, please reach out to them and ensure they are using the correct information in their MLS/IDX settings menu.


Receive Email New Task Notifications? - When set to "yes", you will receive an email when a new task is assigned to you.  This includes tasks that you create and assign to yourself as well as tasks that a team member creates and assigns to you.
