Quick Notes are intended to be brief notes that you can use after you reach out to a contact. These notes are not customizable. 

Quick notes include:

  • Left Voicemail
  • Spoke to
  • No Answer
  • Sent Text
  • Sent Email

How to Add Quick Notes

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
  2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
    • Search by name, email, or phone number.
  3. Select the name of the contact. 
  4. At the top of the screen, click Quick Notes
  5. Choose your note.
