Introduction
The following are examples of the available email and print templates Total Expert offers for Firm Offer of Credit (FOC) delivery. As a Customer Intelligence user, you can select the template that best fits your organization's needs to meet compliance and drive business.
Several of the available templates support variable fields. (These are indicated by the label "Variable fields supported: Yes" with the templates below.) For those that do, you can manipulate values that are included the FOCs that your organization delivers to consumers. Each template has certain fields that can be customized. The variable fields are:
- Product Name– Provides the product for which the consumer is now eligible since their credit has improved. For example, mortgage, personal loan, or credit card. Applies to the following templates:

- Available Hours– Indicates the times of day that members are available for a phone conversation. For example, "8:00 AM to 5:00 PM". Applies to the following templates:

- Conditional Term– Specifies whether the FOC states the consumer is PreApproved or PreQualified. Your organization's compliance team may prefer one or the other. Applies to the following templates:

- Promise Term– Specifies a text phrase such as "a serious promise of a loan to you", depending on your organization's needs. Applies to the following templates:

- Offer Expiration Offset– Specifies how long after the FOC is triggered until the offer expires, in days. For example, use 180 for 6 months. The default value is 36 days. Applies to the following templates:
- All templates, including those that do not otherwise support variable fields
- Equal Housing Icon– Specifies whether to use the Equal Housing Lender or Equal Housing Opportunity logo. These images are configured in your organization's marketing settings. Applies to the following templates:

- Minimum Loan Amount– Indicates the minimum loan amount for the FOC. For example, $50,000. Applies to the following templates:

All templates will include the following information from the profile of the user on whose behalf the FOC is being sent:
- logo
- primary and secondary colors
- name
- address
- NMLS information
- phone number
- disclaimer
