Campaign Builder Performance Metrics

You are able to view the progress and performance statistics for a specific campaign once it is live and running. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Campaign > Campaign Builder.
  2. Click on the name of the campaign.
    • Click HERE to learn how to create a new campaign.
  3. Under the name of the campaign, click the Overview tab.


Performance

  • Open Rate – The percentage of unique opens divided by emails delivered. 
  • CTR (Click-Through-Rate) – The percentage of nique clicks divided by emails delivered. 
  • CTOR (Click-To-Open-Rate) –  The percentage of unique clicks divided by emails opened.
  • Bounce Rate – Percentage of emails that did not make it to the user's inbox.
  • Delivered – Amount of emails delivered.
  • Opens – Total opens.
  • Clicks – Total clicks.
  • Unsubscribes – Total number of unsubscribes from a specific campaign. 
    • Note: This comes from the user clicking "unsubscribe" in their email. 


Engagement

  • Audience – Potential VS reached audience members that were recipients of the campaign.
    • Potential audience members were attempted recipients of the campaign. Reached audience members interacted with the campaign.
      • Note - Contacts that are in the potential audience of the campaign that do not receive campaign communications could be because of the following: no email address/not a valid email address, the contact is silenced on communications, or the contact is unsubscribed or opted out of emails.
  • Senders –Potential senders when campaign started VS active senders that have not opted out.
    • Potential senders were granted access when the campaign started to run. Active senders have not opted out and are still a part of the campaign.



Content

  • Emails – All emails associated with campaigns plus specific performance metrics.
