This feature is designed for administrators of the Total Expert platform.

  • Every administrator has access to the Total Expert Help Desk Portal automatically.
  • Access can expire. Please reach out to support@totalexpert.com if you are having difficulties. 
  • Only administrators can track and view submitted tickets.
