How to Setup Your LTV Threshold

Loan to Value (LTV) Threshold

Minimum LTV Percentage - Input the minimum LTV percentage that should trigger an insight on a customer. Numerical numbers of 0-100.

  • Ex: An LTV of 80% means that the customer has an estimated 20% equity in their property. Insights are triggered as long as the customer's equity is below the selected threshold and the other conditions (below) are met.

Timing

Months Between Alerts - Input how long in months you want to wait to trigger alerts. Numerical number of 1-12 only.

  • Ex: Inputting the number 6 gives you equity alerts every 6 months.

Months After Loan Closure - Input the amount of months you want to wait after the loan closes before sending alerts. Numerical number of 1-24 only.

  • Ex: If there is a LTV of 80% and the customer has a down payment of 20% on their mortgage, we do not want the Loan Officer to receive an alert after the this loan closes.
