How to Remove Contacts From Groups in Bulk

The contact muse be associated with at least one group. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts
  2. At the top of the page, click the Filter button.
    • Create a saved list by updating your filters. Click HERE to learn how. 
  3. Next to the Actions column, check the checkbox. 
    • This selects all contacts within the saved list. 
  4. At the top of the page, click Actions > Organize contacts > Set groups. 
    • A slide out page appears. 
  5. Toggle the Remove Groups option then choose the group(s).
  6. Click Submit
    • Click Notify Shared Members to notify the shared users of a certain contact.
