How to Change My Availability Toggle

Individual users have leads distributed to their accounts based on how the organization has their distribution schedule set up.  Users can always turn their availability to receive leads on or off at any time. 


  1. In the top navigation bar, click your account name dropdown.
  2. Under your name, click to Set status to Inactive. 
    • Your green available dot turns to white. 
      • Green dot - available to receive leads.
      • White dot - unavailable and does not receive leads.
