Does Silencing Communications Impact Transactional Emails?

Leads do not receive transactional emails if they are silenced. However, transactional emails are still sent to leads who are opted out of marketing emails (but not leads that are opted out from all emails from that user, domain, or globally).


Is There Logic That Can Pull in the Spouse's Name on an Email Template?

No, there is no logic that will pull in the spouse's name. 


Can I Add Images to the Background of Email Templates?

Yes. You can accomplish this through a custom source code. Please reach out to your marketing administration team for more information. 

  • Note: Images can be easily added to an email template, just not to the background of the template itself. Click HERE to view how you can add images. 


Can I Change the Unsubscribe Wording in an Email?

Can I Prevent Emails From Being Sent to a Spam Folder Since the Content is Very Similar?

Currently we do have some functionality that stops users from sending the same email to the same contact within a 24-hour time period to prevent potential security triggers. However, beyond that there is nothing else within the platform that can prevent an email domain from marking incoming mail as spam.


Can I Set an Email Template to Auto Archive?

No, that functionality does not exist. 


Do CC'd or BCC'd Contacts on Marketing Emails Display on the Email Stats Page?

No, only primary recipients display on the email stats page. 


Can I View Who the Last Account That Updated an Email Template?

This does not appear in the platform. Please reach out to Customer Support at Support@TotalExpert.com for assistance. 


Does Email Editability on Co-Branded Emails Give Edit Access to Agents and Loan Officers?

Yes. Any user that has access to the email template has the ability to edit the template if the editable option is enabled. All approval flows that are turned on will still apply to the edits. 


Why is My Contact's First Name Replaced by My Contact's Nickname in Emails?

The first name of a contact record, denoted by the variable of {{recipient.f_name}}, is replaced by the contact's nickname if that contact has a nickname field filled on within their contact record.
