How to Send Emails to Groups

Note

You first need to create the group(s) before you can send communications. Click HERE to learn more. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Groups.
  2. Under the Contact Countcolumn, click on the number of contacts. 
    • Note: You need to add contacts to your group to send communications. Click HERE to learn more. 
  3. Click on the checkbox that highlights all of your contacts in the filtered list. 
  4. Click on the blue Actions button > Send email
    • Note: A pop up may appear if one or more of your contacts has opted out of communications. Click Ok to proceed. 
  5. You can choose to either send a direct email to your contacts OR choose from a template.


If You Want to Send a Direct Email

  1. On the right side of the page, next to Looks like you have X contacts selected. Select an email template below or start from a blank email template click Send Direct Email.
  2. Input your email text and click Send Email.



If You Want to Send a Templated Email

  1. Use the search bar, tags, or folders to find your specific email template. 
  2. Next to the email template you want to send, click Actions > Send
  3. (Optional) If applicable, edit the message prior to sending. 
  4. Click Send Message.



Notes

  • Enhanced On-Time Delivery – To increase the likelihood of email being delivered on time, the platform executes a pre-processing action for emails scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. This action runs within 24 hours of the scheduled send time.
  • Cancellation Window To provide flexibility for last-minute changes, scheduled emails can be canceled via the Email Stats page until 15 minutes before the scheduled send time. If you attempt to cancel closer to the scheduled send time, the request cannot be processed in time.
