SimpleNexus connects loan officers to their borrowers and real estate agents through easy-to-use communication tools that are consistent throughout the entire loan and purchase lifecycle.
The two-way integration allows for SimpleNexus to sync contacts from both systems. SimpleNexus also sends over key insights to the TE system that can help drive certain automation.
How Does the Sync Work?
SimpleNexus automatically pushes leads to a Total Expert account once the two systems are connected. A sync can also be initiated from SimpleNexus to keep contacts matched between the two systems.
Contacts within Total Expert that do not have a SimpleNexus connection are brought into SimpleNexus during the sync. This allows the LO to share the mobile application with the users to set them up as SimpleNexus users.
Contacts are matched and synced in SimpleNexus through a series of logical steps:
- SimpleNexus contacts are linked to Total Expert contacts if their emails match between both systems.
- Total Expert users are imported into SimpleNexus if there is not a match.
- Any new user that does not already use the one-way integration within SimpleNexus is pushed into Total Expert as a new contact.
What Milestones Are Used in TE?
Contacts are added to specific insight events within Total Expert once certain milestones have been met in SimpleNexus. The SimpleNexus milestones are as follows:
- SN Borrower Linked – The milestone that is created when a borrower contact is added when created in SimpleNexus. This happens when both the contact is originally created in SimpleNexus or when a contact imported from TE creates a SimpleNexus account.
- SN Partner Linked – The milestone that is created when an agent partner contact is created in SimpleNexus.
- SN Loan Application Started – The milestone that is created when users are begin a loan application in SimpleNexus.
- SN Loan Application Abandoned – The milestone that is created when users stop making changes to their in-progress loan application for 90 minutes. These users are also removed from SN Loan Application Started group.
- SN Loan Application Submitted – The milestone that is created when users fully submit their loan application.
- SN Contact Ran Calculation – The milestone that is created when users run a calculation for the first time on the mobile application.
