Users of Total Expert receive a daily email detailing various events that happen that day or have happened in the past 24 hours.Receiving daily email digest from Total Expert gives you a good understanding of what your daily agenda may look like. It outlines what emails are scheduled to be sent, appointments you have, tasks you need to complete, reminders, loan anniversaries, and more.
The following information is presented in your inbox:
- Header
- Appointments
- Ordered by time–earliest to latest.
- Time of appointment
- Contact the appointment is assigned to. Clicking the contact brings you to their information.
- (If applicable) Location of appointment.
- Tasks
- Only six tasks are shown. Clicking View More brings you to your tasks page.
- Overdue tasks are displayed first.
- Future tasks are displayed second.
- Today's birthdays
- Only six contacts with today's birthday are shown. Clicking View More to see more leads with the same birthday.
- Contacts created in the last 24 hours.
- These contacts do not have a contacted date and are not associated with any loans.
- Clicking And More brings you to the remaining contacts who also meet above criteria.
- Loan anniversaries
- Only features borrower and co-borrowers.
- Emails being sent.
- Includes drip campaigns, regular schedules emails, and date-drive auto-campaigns.
- Clicked emails
- Six contacts who have clicked on an email in the last 24 hours.
