How to Create Leads From Contacts

On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
Click on the name of the contact that you want to create a lead in.
On the right side of the page, click the Leads dropdown menu.
Click New Lead.
- A pop-up box appears.
Input your lead information then click Create Lead.
- Note: The contact may take a few minutes to appear in the contact record.
