How to Invite Contacts to Co-Market

Co-marketers that have yet to accept your invite, or that haven't completed their account setup, receive reminder emails 3 days and then 7 days after the invite is sent. 

1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
   • Search by name, email, or phone number.
3. Check the box next to each contact name. 
4. At the top of the page, click Actions > Marketing > Invite to co-market.
   • A pop-up box appears
5. Choose Create Invitation OR Set up Profile. 
   • Note: 
     • The option to set up profile only shows up if you are interacting with one contact. You do not see this option if you have more than one contact selected. 
     • The option to set up profile may not be available due to your organization's setup. 

If Create Invitation was Chosen

1. (Optional) update email content. 
2. Click Send Invitation. 

If Set up Profile was Chosen

1. Input contact information, click Next.
2. (Optional) input license and MLS information, click Next.
3. (Optional) add a profile picture and/or logo image, click Next. 
4. (Optional) update email invite content. 
5. Click Send Invitation.
