How to Opt Contacts Out of Email Notifications

This action cannot be undone!

1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
   • Search by name, email, or phone number.
3. Check the box next to the contact name. 
4. Click Actions > Update contact preferences > Opt out of email. 
   • A pop-up box appears. 
5. Click Ok to confirm.
