How to Add Contacts to Journeys in the Call Queue

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
  2. Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click Actions > Configure Journeys
    • A slide out page appears. 
    • If the contact is currently in a journey, the active journey appears.
  4. Click Add Journey.
  5. Choose a journey from the drop down menu. 
  6. (Optional) Choose a co-marketer. 
  7. Select a trigger to start the journey. 
  8. Click Save
