How to Choose Contacts to Monitor - Credit Improvement Alerts

Note

Contacts that can be considered to be monitored by Total Expert's Customer Intelligence product need to at least have the following information in their record on the TE platform:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address

Several contacts must be identified in order to enter the contract with TE's Customer Intelligence product. You must set up certain parameters for each of the credit improvement alerts in order to find these contacts.


Contacts to Monitor

  1. On the left navigation, click Customer Intelligence > Settings
  2. Next to Credit Improvement Alerts, click the down arrow. 
  3. Under Contacts to Monitor, choose one of the following:
    • All Contacts - Exports on a monthly basis all contacts with valid addresses across all Loan Officers in your organization. 
    • Subset of Contacts - Contacts that are chosen from certain parameters using inclusion or exclusion rules. 


If Subset of Contacts is Chosen

  • Inclusion rules are how contacts are added to credit improvement alerts depending on certain criteria you choose. 
  • Exclusion rules are how contacts are excluded from credit improvement alerts based on certain criteria you choose.
  1. Next to Inclusion Rules and/or Exclusion Rules, click Add Rule
    • A slide out page appears. 
  2. Choose from the list of available inclusion rules. 
  3. Once a rule is chosen, click Save and Close
  4. Continue steps 1 and 2 for every inclusion or exclusion rule you want to add.


Firm Offer of Credit Settings

Under Firm Offer of Credit Settings, fill out the following:

  • Minimum Offer Amount - Minimum offer amount the lender offers. 
  • Lender Contact Phone Number - The number for the lender that the consumer can call with questions. 
  • Disclaimer Text
  • Lender Logo - Lender's logo that is used to apply some minimal branding to the letter. 240x224 pixel image in .png or .jpeg is recommended.
  • Lender Organization - Print envelope must have return address in case of delivery issues. Organization and address of where the lender wants the returned mail to be processed.
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • LOB Template - Choose a template


Click the Save button once completed. 

At the top of the page, click the Activate Alert button to On if you want the alert to be live.
