Tip
Create a saved list by using filters to easily communicate with a specific list of contacts. Click HERE to learn how to use filters to create saved lists.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
- Use the dropdown arrow to choose your saved list.
- Click the checkbox that selects all contacts within the list.
- At the top of the page, click Actions > Send email.
- A pop-up box may appear if you have contacts that have unsubscribed from messages, or are silenced. Click OK to continue.
- Use the search bar, folders, and tags to quickly find your email template.
- Next to the email template, click Actions > Send.
- (Optional) Edit the email content and message settings (if applicable).
- Click Send Message.
Notes
- Enhanced On-Time Delivery – To increase the likelihood of email being delivered on time, the platform executes a pre-processing action for emails scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. This action runs within 24 hours of the scheduled send time.
- Cancellation Window – To provide flexibility for last-minute changes, scheduled emails can be canceled via the Email Stats page until 15 minutes before the scheduled send time. If you attempt to cancel closer to the scheduled send time, the request cannot be processed in time.
