This article is meant to help users log in to their Total Expert account only if the organization has enabled multi-factor authorization (MFA). Please reach out to your administrator if you are unsure if you are using multi-factor authentication.
Once your organization has enabled MFA, the next time you login to your Total Expert platform you are prompted to set up your authentication.
- A pop-up box appears after you have entered your username and password.
- You must download and install the authentication application then scan the QR code that is displayed.
- The application that you download sends a 6-digit code to your phone that you need to enter.
- Once entered, you can now log in to your TE account.
