- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
 - Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact.
 - View the contact details. 
- Clicking View full history gives you a slide out screen where you can see all interaction history.
 - Clicking View lead details opens up a new page that shows all contact details within the Communications Package feature.
 - Clicking View all journeys opens a slide out screen that shows you the contact's journey history.
