How to View Contact Details and History in the Call Queue

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
  2. Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact. 
  3. View the contact details. 
    • Clicking View full history gives you a slide out screen where you can see all interaction history. 
    • Clicking View lead details opens up a new page that shows all contact details within the Communications Package feature. 
    • Clicking View all journeys opens a slide out screen that shows you the contact's journey history.
