You must have the call recording feature enabled as well as certain permissions to record and listen to previously made calls. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager for more information.
- All calls that have been recorded are transcribed.
- Transcribed calls allow you to easily listen and comprehend previous calls that have been made.
- All transcribed calls automatically post to the call activity log once complete.
- Calls cannot be transcribed unless recorded.
