The MBS Highway Marketing Kit allows for loan officers to communicate relevant market data to prospective borrowers.
- Users with daily email notifications enabled see their created marketing kits in their summary.
- Users can view kits assigned to each contact within the individual contact page under External Campaigns.
- TE delays sending a kit for one day when a marketing kit email has been received so the user may choose to prevent that kit from sending altogether.
- On the left navigations, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
- Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
- Search by name, email, or phone number.
- Next to the contact name, click Actions > Marketing > Create marketing kit.
- Under Select Marketing Partners, choose an agent profile and a lender profile.
- (Optional) Choosing an agent profile brings up a pop-up box where you select the specific listing for the kit.
- Under Search for a Listing to Market (optional), use the drop down to find the MLS state OR search by MLS number OR by agent name.
