How to Access the Activity Log

The activity log gives you an overview of all past communications you have had with a specific lead. You can sort and filter your activity log by all communications, emails, phone calls, and text messages.


  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Lead Management > Leads.
  2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
    • Search by name, email, or phone number.
  3. Click on the name of the contact.
    • A slide out page appears.
  4. At the top of the page, click on the name of the contact.
    • You are brought to a new lead details page.
  5. In the middle of the page, click the Activity tab.
  6. (Optional) Use the filtering options to specify which activities you want to view.
