The activity log gives you an overview of all past communications you have had with a specific lead. You can sort and filter your activity log by all communications, emails, phone calls, and text messages.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Lead Management > Leads.
- Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
- Search by name, email, or phone number.
- Click on the name of the contact.
- A slide out page appears.
- At the top of the page, click on the name of the contact.
- You are brought to a new lead details page.
- In the middle of the page, click the Activity tab.
- (Optional) Use the filtering options to specify which activities you want to view.
