The co-marketer receives an email asking them to co-market after the invitation has been sent.
Most agents do not have an existing Total Expert account, and some agents do. Because Total Expert does not allow multiple accounts to be associated with the same email address, agents with an existing account have to connect their existing account with the loan officer who sent them an invitation. Instructions for how to connect an existing account are below.
Agents who do not have an existing Total Expert co-marketing account
- Navigate to your email inbox.
- Open the email labeled [Name] Invited You to Co-Market on Total Expert!
Note: The email subject field may be different. - Follow the instructions to accept and create your account.
Agents who have an existing Total Expert co-marketing account
- Navigate to totalexpert.net/login and enter your email address and password to login.
Note: If you do not remember your Total Expert password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to send yourself a password reset email. - Navigate to your email inbox.
- Open the email labeled [Name] Invited You to Co-Market on Total Expert!

Some agents may not be aware that they have an existing Total Expert account. If the co-marketing partner does not have a TE account, the accept invitation button brings them to a page where they set up their account. If they have an account, they are prompted to sign in to the TE platform. After signing in, they should navigate back to the invitation in their inbox and follow the instructions to accept and connect their account.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, search your junk/spam folder for "Total Expert."
