NOTE: You may not see the Custom sub tab depending on your permissions.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Focused View.
- Under the Focused View header, choose the Custom sub tab.
- On the right side of the screen, click Add View > Add Blank View.
- Choosing Add Marketer View allows you to choose and customize a view that was already created by your administration team.
- Check the box next to the view you want to edit then click Save.
- Update your settings.
- Inclusion Rules - Contacts that will be added to the view.
- Exclusion Rules - Contacts within the inclusion rules that meet these standards will not be added to the view.
- Sort Order - The order the contacts will appear.
- Outcomes - Users choose an outcome when logging their communication with a contact.
PRO TIP: Clicking Back to Contacts allows you to see the contacts that have been filtered by your new custom view.
