NOTE: You may not see the Custom sub tab depending on your permissions. 

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Focused View
  2. Under the Focused View header, choose the Custom sub tab. 
  3. On the right side of the screen, click Add View > Add Blank View
    • Choosing Add Marketer View allows you to choose and customize a view that was already created by your administration team. 
  4. Check the box next to the view you want to edit then click Save
  5. Update your settings.
    • Inclusion Rules - Contacts that will be added to the view. 
    • Exclusion Rules - Contacts within the inclusion rules that meet these standards will not be added to the view. 
    • Sort Order - The order the contacts will appear.
    • Outcomes - Users choose an outcome when logging their communication with a contact.

PRO TIP: Clicking Back to Contacts allows you to see the contacts that have been filtered by your new custom view.
