How to Log an Outcome

  1. Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Focused View
  2. Click the Standard tab to switch to it if it is not already selected.
    • You may not see the Custom tab depending on your permissions. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click the down arrow for any contact to see more information about them. 
  4. Click the Log Outcome button.
  5. In the slide-out panel:
    1. In the Outcome: field, select the outcome you want applied to the contact record.
    2. (optional) In the Notes: box, enter the text of a note you want to apply to the record along with the outcome.
    3. (optional) Check the Hide note from co-marketing partners option if you want the note to remain visible only to users in your organization who can see this record.
    4. Click the Save button.
