- Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Focused View.
- Click the Standard tab to switch to it if it is not already selected.
- You may not see the Custom tab depending on your permissions.
- On the right side of the page, click the down arrow for any contact to see more information about them.
- Click the Log Outcome button.
- In the slide-out panel:
- In the Outcome: field, select the outcome you want applied to the contact record.
- (optional) In the Notes: box, enter the text of a note you want to apply to the record along with the outcome.
- (optional) Check the Hide note from co-marketing partners option if you want the note to remain visible only to users in your organization who can see this record.
- Click the Save button.
