How to Filter My Analytics

  1. In the navigation menu, select Reporting & Analytics > Analytics.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the page, click the name of the dashboard to open the selection panel and click the name of the dashboard you want to view.
  3. On the right side of the page, click the Filter button. A slide-out panel appears. The filters for each dashboard depend on the data in the dashboard:
    • Campaign Performance
      • Time Period – Select specific months, specific calendar dates, or a common time frame.
      • campaign_type – Select preferred campaign types.
      • campaign_name – Select specific campaigns by name.
      • contact_source – Select specific sources of your campaigns by name.
      • email_name – Select specific email templates by name.
    • Mortgage Loans Demographics and Mortgage Loans Production Overview
      • Latest Stage Date
      • Loan Purpose – Select specific loan purposes by name.
      • Loan Product Name – Select specific loan products by name.
    • Customer Intelligence Attribution
      • Alert Types – Select specific types of alerts (Credit Inquiry, Equity Alert, Listing Alert, and Rate Alert).
      • Attribution Date
    • Sales Manager - Team Performance Dashboards
      • Time Frame, Latest Stage Date, or Dates – Select specific months, specific calendar dates, or a common time frame.
      • User Full Name – Select specific users in your organization.
      • User Status or Loan Officer Status – Select active and/or inactive users.
      • Cost Center – Select specific cost centers in your organization.
      • Location – Select specific locations in your organization.
  4. Hover your mouse pointer over the filter you want to adjust.
  5. Click the Edit Filter button (pencil icon) for the filter you want to adjust. A pop-up box appears with the options for that filter criterion.
    1. Select and/or deselect any desired options.
    2. Click the OK button in the box.
  6. The dashboard automatically updates to reflect your changes.


Tip: Click the Include all button in any filter if you want all options to be selected for that filter.
