How to Filter My Analytics

  1. On the left navigation, click Reporting & Analytics > Analytics
  2. Choose your dashboard. Click HERE to learn more. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click Filter
    • A slide out page appears. 
  4. The following filters are available for each dashboard:
    • Monthly Campaign Performance
      • Time Period - Choose between months, calendar dates, or time frame.
      • campaign_type - Choose a certain campaign type. 
      • campaign_name - Choose between your different campaigns by name. 
      • contact_source - Different sources of your campaigns. 
      • email_name - Choose from different email names. 
    • Mortgage Loans Demographics
      • Months in latest_stage_date 
      • loan_purpose - Choose from different loan purpose types. 
      • loan_product_name - Different types of loan product names.
    • Mortgage Loans Production Overview
      • Latest Stage Date
      • Loan Purpose - Filter by different purposes of loans. 
      • Loan Product Name - Different types of loan product names.
    • Customer Intelligence Attribution
      • Alert type - Credit inquiry, equity alert, listing alert, and rate alert. 
    • User Activity
      • Time Period - Choose between months, calendar dates, or time frame.
      • user_role (users) - Filter through a list of all user roles in your organization. 
  5. Hover your mouse over the filter to show the pencil icon. 
  6. Click on the pencil icon of the filter you want to adjust.
    • Note: Click Include all if you want all filters to be selected in your dashboard.
