How to Update Lead Source Settings

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Lead Management > Lead Sources
  2. On the left side of the page, check the box next to the the source you want to edit. 
  3. At the top of the page, click the pen and paper icon (updated selected). 
    • A pop up appears. 
  4. Update the following:
    • Set as Default - Check this box as the default lead source for leads with an undefined source. 
    • Source Name
    • Welcome Email - Click Select email to choose an email that welcomes your leads. 
    • Assign to User - Use the dropdown assign the lead to a selected user. Choosing this option disables any lead assignment routing. 
    • Assign Email Campaign
    • Share with Users
    • Group
  5. Click Submit when finished.
