Your administrative team needs to mark the email template as a base template before you are able to perform the following steps. Please reach out to your internal marketing team for more information.
Editing a base template email allows you to save the base template as a draft in your email library so you can send it multiple times without requiring further approval.
The template needs to go through the approval process again if you make further edits after it has been approved. The new draft appears in your library after the newest version is approved.
- The approver of the template only sees the latest version that has been submitted for approval if multiple version are sent.
