This function is permission-based. Please reach out to your internal marketing team to see if they can export the list for you if you do not have this permission.
Tip
It is best practice to first filter and save your contact list before exporting.

- Click HERE to view how to save your contact list.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
- On the right side of the page, click Export CSV.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Choose how you would like your CSV file formatted:
- With current applied filters—works best if you create a saved contact list.
- With no applied filters or columns—exports all contacts within the system.
- Click Export CSV.
- The file downloads to your desktop.
- Open the file to view.
