How to Update My Notification Settings

  1. In the header bar, click your account name and select Account Settings.
  2. In the Notification Settings section, make your updates. 
    • Receive Text Message Lead Notifications? – Receive a text message when you get a new contact through single property sites, lead capture apps, Zillow, or other parsing services. Also sends you a text message when another user assigns a contact to you.
    • Receive Daily Email Digest?  – Receive a daily email from Total Expert that outlines what emails are scheduled to be sent, appointments you have, tasks you need to complete, reminders, loan anniversaries, and more.
    • Receive Co-Marketed New Listings Alerts?  – Receive an email when a co-marketing partner has a new listing. This notification is dependent on whether your agent partners have the correct MLS ID# and MLS association selected in their MLS/IDX settings.
    • Receive Co-Marketed Pending Listing Alerts?  – Receive an email when a co-marketing partner has a listing move to a "pending" status. This notification is dependent on whether your agent partners have the correct MLS ID# and MLS association selected in their MLS/IDX settings.
    • Receive Email New Task Notifications?  – Receive an email when a new task is assigned to you or when a task assigned to you has been edited.
    • Receive Email Contact Notifications?  – Receive an email when you get a new contact through single property sites, lead capture apps, Zillow, or other parsing services. Also sends you an email when another user assigns a contact to you.
    • Receive Print Order Reminders?  – Enables email reminders when a print order has been submitted but payment has not been received by all responsible parties. 
  3. In the top-left corner of the page, click Save Changes.
