Your organization must have the communications package dialer enabled to participate in shotgun lead distribution.
Shotgun distribution is a term used to describe simultaneous lead distribution. Each user gets notified of the incoming lead phone call through the dialer at the same time when a lead reaches out. The first user to answer and accept the call wins and is assigned to that lead.
