- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
 - Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact.
 - On the right side of the page, click the blue paper icon. 
- A slide out page appears.
 
 - Choose an outcome from the dropdown list.
 - (Optional) Input notes about the outcome.
 - (Optional) Create a follow-up task for this outcome.
 - Click Save when finished.
