Growth Multiplier (an InGenius product) integration is not currently required for recruiting module, but it does make importing recruit data simple. Growth Multiplier is a platform that compiles all publicly available recruiting data on loan officers and gives the recruiting manager visual data to be able to hone in on whom they would like to recruit. The amount of information available is vast, however there is nothing in place within their platform to automate communications, build recruiting workflows and focused views, or generally communicate with these recruits within a CRM, and that’s where its powerful integration with Total Expert comes into play.
Growth Multiplier's integration with Total Expert is unique. They have one set of credentials that they will use for all customers connecting to their platform. Users will access a link configured in their Quick Links menu that will route them to the Growth Multiplier site. Within Growth Multiplier they will utilize an export option that will push the data to Total Expert.
With the Total Expert / Growth Multiplier integration, the Growth Multiplier user is able to push any user created list of recruits to Total Expert. This is done via a button within Growth Multiplier to “push contacts to Total Expert”, which then allows the client to build out automated journey workflow, tasks, and focused views using the recruits as contacts.
Growth Multiplier sends all leads with the group “Recruit Leads” and they send them, in most cases, concurrently via that API and that can create duplicate groups and also not trigger Journeys if the customer doesn’t understand what group those leads will come in with. Please ensure you are informing the customer of this for journey set up.

a. Log in as a user from the requesting organization.
b. Select Outbound Data Connector from the navigation menu.

- IM to email InGenius (john@ingenius-data.com) the name of the org, demo account that will be used, and tell InGenius that the org is ready to receive a batch of test recruits from Growth Multiplier.
