How to Add Notes During Calls

Note
You must be in a call to add notes.

1. Within the dialer pop-up box, change the view from the dialer pad to the bulleted list.
2. Input notes in the notes field.
3. Choosing a disposition allows you to note the following:
   • Connected
   • Left Voicemail
   • Wrong Number
4. Click Save when finished.
