How to Email Loan Participants

  1. On the left navigation, click Loans
  2. Check the box next to each loan you want to email participants from. 
  3. At the top of the page, click the envelope icon.
  4. Choose the loan participants you want to email. 
  5. Click Submit
  6. Find an email template then click Actions > Send
  7. (Optional) Update your message content. 
  8. Click Send Message.


Notes

  • Enhanced On-Time Delivery – To increase the likelihood of email being delivered on time, the platform executes a pre-processing action for emails scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. This action runs within 24 hours of the scheduled send time.
  • Cancellation Window To provide flexibility for last-minute changes, scheduled emails can be canceled via the Email Stats page until 15 minutes before the scheduled send time. If you attempt to cancel closer to the scheduled send time, the request cannot be processed in time.
