There are two areas within the Total Expert platform where you can access help.
- Help Center - Includes knowledge base article content, in-depth training videos, and inline guides.
- Chat Icon - Chat with a Product Support member or read documentation.
How to Access Help Center
- In the top navigation, click on the Help Center question mark icon (?).
- Choose your option.
How to Use the Chat Icon
- At the bottom-right of your screen, click the Chat Icon.
- Toggle between the chat or FAQ tabs.
