There are two areas within the Total Expert platform where you can access help.
- Help Center - Includes knowledge base article content, in-depth training videos, and inline guides.
- Chat Widget - Chat with a Product Support member or read documentation.
How to Access Help Center
Question Mark Icon
- In the top navigation, click on the Help Center question mark icon (?).
- Choose your option.
In-Platform Support Widget
- At the bottom-right of your screen, click the Chat Widget.
- Under FAQs, click on a category, click Show more categories, OR click the magnifying glass icon.
- Search for the solution article.
How to Create a Support Ticket Using the Chat Widget
- At the bottom-right of your screen, click the Chat Widget.
- Under Chat with us, click Product Support.
- Type your question to create a ticket.
