Note

The chat icon is unavailable Monday - Friday from 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM Central Time. Please visit the Help Center to submit a ticket or email Support@TotalExpert.com during those hours. 


There are two areas within the Total Expert platform where you can access help. 

  • Help Center - Includes knowledge base article content, in-depth training videos, and inline guides. 
  • Chat Widget - Chat with a Product Support member or read documentation.


How to Access Help Center


Question Mark Icon

  1. In the top navigation, click on the Help Center question mark icon (?). 
  2. Choose your option. 



In-Platform Support Widget

  1. At the bottom-right of your screen, click the Chat Widget.
  2. Under FAQs, click on a category, click Show more categories, OR click the magnifying glass icon. 
  3. Search for the solution article.




How to Create a Support Ticket Using the Chat Widget

  1. At the bottom-right of your screen, click the Chat Widget
  2. Under Chat with us, click Product Support
  3. Type your question to create a ticket.
