There are two areas within the Total Expert platform where you can access help. 

  • Help Center - Includes knowledge base article content, in-depth training videos, and inline guides. 
  • Chat Icon - Chat with a Product Support member or read documentation.

How to Access Help Center

  1. In the top navigation, click on the Help Center question mark icon (?). 
  2. Choose your option. 

How to Use the Chat Icon

  1. At the bottom-right of your screen, click the Chat Icon
  2. Toggle between the chat or FAQ tabs.
