Incoming calls come in through the phone number that is assigned to the user. The dialer rings with a tone while also showing the incoming call.
- Clicking Accept connects you to the call, while clicking Reject ends the call.
- The call is forwarded to the number specified on the user’s account as the mobile number in their profile if the user does not accept the call within ten rings.
- The call ends after ten rings if the user does not have a number listed.
