Listing insights are fields added to contact records within the system. These fields notify you if the contact has listed a property within the last seven days.
An insight record is created when an address of a current contact matches with the address of the recent MLS listing.
Note: Insights are also created for all Sales Boomerang alerts that a user has enabled, such as:
- Credit improvements
- Debt changes
- Equity updates
- Home listings
