How to Receive Inbound Call Campaign Leads

  • Your status must be set to Active.


When an incoming lead calls the inbound call campaign number, you see a window that displays the campaign phone number. Accepting the call opens the full dialer feature. 


  1. Users who answer hear a message to press ‘1’ to accept the lead.
    • Message Text: “Please press 1 to accept the lead” 
  2. As this is happening, the inbound lead call is matched to the most recently created/updated contact or lead. 
    • A new lead is always created.
  3. The user who accepted the lead hears a message about connecting:
    • Message: “You have been successfully assigned to the lead for [lead name]. Please press 1 to be connected with [lead name] now, or you may hang up if you plan to call later."
  4. Pressing 1 connects you to the lead. 
    • You see a pop-up box to add additional lead details if you are active.
  5. Input the lead information details and click Create Lead.
