The user availability feature determines what days and times leads are distributed to other users. Administrators set the times that then apply to all users in the organization. Individual users can also toggle their own availability on or off with the times set by the organization.
The leads that would have been distributed to a user with their availability set to off are temporarily stored. The leads are then distributed appropriately when the user becomes available.

The distribution schedule must be set up by an administrator from the organization.
