The communications package offers the ability for users to easily communicate with leads through the TE system. These features can also be used when communicating with contacts as well.
The communications package offers the following features:
- Make and receive phone calls
- Send and receive SMS messages
- Record and listen to calls
- Store data and information
- Receive leads through distribution
