Note
When you cancel a scheduled email, that email is still considered when determining whether the recipients can receive that same email more than once on the same day. To send the same template to any recipients who were selected in the cancelled message, you must wait until at least the next calendar day (as determined by UTC time).
- For example, if the original message was set to send at 11:59pm UTC Monday, you could send the same template 2 minutes later at 12:01am UTC Tuesday. However, if the original message was set to send at 12:01am UTC Tuesday, you would have to wait a full 24 hours before being able to send it at 12:01am UTC Wednesday.
- On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Email Stats.
- Check the box next to the email template.
- Click Actions > Cancel Message Delivery.
