This function is permission-based. Please reach out to your marketing admin if your do not see your budget as a payment option.
This functionality allows you to user your budget as a payment method when ordering a print asset. The order must be in an Awaiting Payment status to purchase.
- On the left navigation, click Print Marketing > Orders.
- Under the Actions column, click the three dots (...) > Pay [amount].
- You can choose to pay for part or all of the order if the budget amounts covers the cost.
- Input the amount of the budget you want to use.
- Any remaining amount not covered by the budget is charged to the selected credit card. The credit card field grays out when the budget covers the entire order.
- Click Confirm to pay.
