How to Use Budgeting to Pay for a Print Assets

This function is permission-based. Please reach out to your marketing admin if your do not see your budget as a payment option. 


This functionality allows you to user your budget as a payment method when ordering a print asset. The order must be in an Awaiting Payment status to purchase. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Print Marketing > Orders
  2. Under the Actions column, click the three dots (...) > Pay [amount].
    • You can choose to pay for part or all of the order if the budget amounts covers the cost. 
  3. Input the amount of the budget you want to use. 
    • Any remaining amount not covered by the budget is charged to the selected credit card. The credit card field grays out when the budget covers the entire order. 
  4. Click Confirm to pay.
