The analytics feature allows administrators to access, visualize, modify, and share data dashboards throughout their organizations.
Data Models
- Email Activity – This data model includes emails sent by all Total Expert campaigns and journeys. It does not include direct emails or other journey-related items, such as stage progression, task assignments, outcomes, or the funnel.
- Mortgage Loans – This data model includes mortgage loan data mapped to the expected/standard platform fields, including demographic information about the borrowers. It does not include non-mortgage loans.
- Insight Events – This data model includes Customer Intelligence alert information.
- Insight Attribution Snapshot – This data model includes attribution information that ties Customer Intelligence alerts to loan production.
- User Activity - Information on what users are doing on the TE platform, such as: asset creation, sent emails, integration usage, and more.
