How to Remove Contacts From Auto Campaigns

  1. On the left navigation, click Campaigns > Auto Campaigns.
  2. On the right side of the page, click Actions > Edit Group Assignment.
    • A pop-up box appears. 
  3. Under Groups, click the down arrow and choose the group you want to remove. 
    • Groups that are added to the campaign have a check mark next to their name.
  4. Click back into the modal screen then click Submit.

    Note: To remove individual contacts from an auto campaign, you must remove the contacts from all groups that are assigned to the auto campaign.
