How to Delete Contacts

This action cannot be undone!

1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts. 
2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
   • Search by name, email, or phone number.
3. Check the box next to each contact. 
4. Click Actions > Delete contact. 
   • Note: You cannot delete contacts that are tied to loans or who are shared with you from another user. You must archive that contact instead. Click HERE to learn how. 
5. A pop-up box appears. 
6. Click Ok to confirm.
