What Are Journeys?

Journeys allow you to create workflows that automatically detect specific triggers and guide applicable contacts, products, or loans through logical paths of automated steps. The purpose is to automate the steps you already use to interact with your contacts.


They are similar to auto campaigns and drip campaigns, but they do more than just send emails. 


Some examples of the actions journeys can perform are:

  • Send an SMS
  • Share, assign, or push a specific contact
  • Assign a task
  • Initiate automatic lead routing
